FRP has provided structural engineering for many higher education projects on over twenty college and university campuses. These projects include academic classroom buildings, science facilities, computer centers, performing art centers, sports recreation centers, parking garages, medical school buildings, student centers, basketball arenas and residence halls.
FRP has worked on campuses of major universities as well as for many smaller private colleges and universities. For most of these projects, architects are typically FRP’s clients. On several of these projects, FRP has worked with two types of architectural firms. An architectural firm local to the project and a “national design architect” associate to bring their expertise to the project. Due to this experience, FRP has developed a lengthy “National Architect Client List”.
