The Hyatt Place is a seven story hotel structure. Four levels of hotel rooms above two levels of supported parking and public level. Parking levels are post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete. The hotel levels are composite slab construction on load bearing metal studs supported on a 15' thick post-tensioned concrete transfer level.
