The North End Zone Facility transformed Memorial Stadium into a horseshoe layout, connecting the east and west seating stands with new seating bowl areas and outdoor club area. The expansion added 6,000 seats, including 400 club seats.

Additional interior spaces are located below and behind the seating bowl, including a 24,000 square foot strength and conditioning center, new staff offices, meeting rooms, a team auditorium. The additional also included the "Hall of Champions", a premier entertainment space for special events that will feature and celebrate achievements in the history of Indiana University athletics.
