The Pearl Residence Hall is a stand-alone, 3-story building. The structural systems include exterior, CMU bearing walls supporting precast concrete plank and cast-in-place concrete topping floor construction and pre-engineered steel roof trusses. The interior walls are CMU bearing walls.

Pearl Hall is certified LEED GOLD due to its environmentally friendly design and construction.
