David serves as a Vice President at FRP, and has 28 years of experience. He completed his Master's Degree at Purdue University. His design and project management experience includes various types of low to mid-rise structures, athletic facilities, convention centers, stadiums and arenas, and industrial facilities. David also has extensive experience on water and wastewater treatment projects, which involves specialized knowledge of codes and design requirements for water-tightness.
