Joe serves as a Principal at FRP, and has 28 years of experience. He completed his undergraduate degree at Old Dominion University. Joe has been involved in structural design and analysis of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry and steel on some of FRP's most significant projects. Joe also has significant experience with the investigation of existing structures subjected to additional loads.
