Stephen serves as a Project Manager at FRP, and has 14 years of experience. He completed his Master's Degree at Texas A&M University. Stephen has experience on industrial facilities, water and wastewater facilities, and various architectural projects. He has significant experience with condition assessment and repair plans of existing concrete structures, renovation of historic structures, and forensic assessment of existing buildings.
